    Hi everyone, thought I`d better introduce myself...Live in Oz and love the outdoors, love working out and doing deadlifts the most!
    Just taken up running which is going well, I used to be a quick sprinter...It was a bit of a shock at how slow I was when I re-started but it coming back to me Very Happy
    anyway happy training Matt

    Deadlifting. Thats the way forward Matt.

    Tiling must be a strain on your body, knees, back. I suppose working out is a necessary rather than a hobby to you!

    My knees and back suffer a lot....working out helps with that but it is still a hobbie....I`d hate to be a fat tiler though, it would just be to hard, so its just as well I enjoy working out!
