Anything by AC/DC, Metallica, Gun's 'n' Roses for me rock on punk

I find it gets the blood flowing before I even get in the gym. My favorite is Enter the sandman by Metallica!!

I like to listen to house and funky house music when I'm training. My gym play the radio which is so full of adverts I'm surprised anyone can train. Mad

Rammstein eh? So your a bit of a rocker then?

I'm love music while I train helps me forget the pain! I've got a workout soundtrack on my mp3 made up of rock ranging from the likes of kings of Leon and foo fighters through to Trivium and bullet for my valentine

    Highly recomended is Atreyu
